Two victories for same-sex marriage this week. The Supreme Court strikes down key parts of the Defense of Marriage Act and dismisses the appeal of California’s Prop 8, clearing the way for same-sex marriages in that state to resume. David Boies, co-counsel in the Supreme Court case against Proposition 8, says in the next five years "our goal is to have marriage equality throughout the country”. We'll also talk to John Eastman, Chairman of the National Organization for Marriage who despite the Supreme Court ruling has said he will keep fighting.  We’ll talk to both of them this Sunday.

Then, the Senate passes immigration reform with bi-partisan support, but House Speaker Boehner says it’s dead on arrival in the House. “We're going to do our own bill through regular order, and it'll be legislation that reflects the will of our majority and the will of the American people.” We’ll talk to two key congressmen in the House immigration debate: House Judiciary Committee Chair Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus’ Immigration Task Force Luis Gutierrez (D-IL).

Plus, the politics of the Supreme Court rulings. And a filibuster stalls a Texas abortion bill, but the fight is far from over as Governor Rick Perry calls for a special session. Our panel with New York Times Magazine Chief Political Correspondent Matt Bai:, The Root Contributing Editor Corey Dade; Fmr. Sen. George Allen (R-VA) and democratic strategist Hilary Rosen.

Watch Sunday at 9am and Noon ET.
